The physical needs were developed after analysis of existing conditions and programmatic requirements as expressed in the 25 year plans that were developed for the CFPTF. Sites were developed earlier in the development zone studies, and the physical additions represented here attempt to address the planning principles as well as respect the development zones. The maps are fairly large files, most over 500k, and they may take while to load via modem. Again, we feel it is important that they be seen in this level of detail.
