This schedule is based on payments St. Olaf College must make to program vendors to guarantee group rates. If St. Olaf cancels the program on or before July 1, 2009, you will receive a full refund of monies paid to St. Olaf.
We highly recommend that you purchase travel insurance to recover your payments should you need to withdraw from the program. Check with the insurance provider regarding their policy on refunding premiums if St. Olaf cancels the program.
Rates are per person, based on double occupancy.
Program fee
- $7,100 before July 1, 2009
- After July 1, 2009, $7,250
- Single occupancy: Add $525
- Land only: Subtract $2,400
Deposit
- $500 due upon registration
- Refund: Full refund ($500) until Feb. 28, 2009. If the deposit is made later, there is no refund.
Interim payment
- $2,000 due by March 1, 2009
- Refund: Half the Interim payment ($1,000) until Aug. 31, 2009
Final payment
- Due Sept. 1, 2009
- Refund: None, unless the program is full and your place can be resold. Cancellations must be in writing.
