Payment Schedule

Cultures of the Caribbean: Barbados and St. Lucia

Jan. 6-15, 2006

This schedule is based on payments St. Olaf must make to program vendors to guarantee group rates. If St. Olaf cancels the program on or before Sept. 1, 2005, you will receive a full refund of monies paid to St. Olaf.

We highly recommend that you purchase travel insurance to recover your payments should you need to withdraw from the program. Check with the insurance provider regarding their policy on refunding premiums if St. Olaf cancels the program.

Rates are per person, based on double occupancy.

Program fee:

  • Before Sept. 1, 2005: $2,850
  • After Sept. 1, 2005:  $2,950 plus possible additional airfare if group seats are no longer available
  • Single occupancy: Add $375
  • Land only: Subtract $850

Deposit 

  • $350 due upon registration
  • Refund: Full refund ($350) until July 1, 2005.
    If the deposit is made after July 1, 2005, there is no refund.

Interim payment

  • $1,500 due by July 1, 2005
  • Refund: $750 until Nov. 1, 2005

Final payment

  • Due Nov. 1, 2005
  • Refund: None, unless the program is full and your place can be resold
