This schedule is based on payments St. Olaf must make to program vendors to guarantee group rates. If St. Olaf cancels the program on or before Feb. 15, 2006, you will receive a full refund.
We highly recommend that you purchase travel insurance. Check with the insurance provider regarding their policy on refunding premiums if St. Olaf cancels the program.
Rates are per person, based on double occupancy.
Program fee
- Before Feb. 15, 2006: $3,900
- After Feb. 15, 2006: $4,100 plus additional airfare if group seats are no longer available
- Single occupancy: Add $300
- Land only: Subtract $1,200
Deposit
- $350 due upon registration
- Refund: Full refund ($350) until Dec. 15, 2005. No refunds on deposits made after Dec. 15, 2005.
Interim payment
- $1,500 due Dec. 15, 2005
- Refund: $750 until April 15, 2006
Final payment
- Due April 15, 2006
- Refund: None, unless the program is full and your place can be resold.
