The Importance of Collective Memory
May 26–June 6, 2009
This schedule is based on payments St. Olaf College must make to program vendors to guarantee group rates. If St. Olaf cancels the program on or before Feb. 1, 2009, you will receive a full refund of monies paid to St. Olaf.
We highly recommend that you purchase travel insurance to recover your payments should you need to withdraw from the program. Check with the insurance provider regarding their policy on refunding premiums if St. Olaf cancels the program.
Rates are per person, based on double occupancy.
Program fee
- $4,150 before Feb. 1, 2009
- $4,300 after Feb. 1, 2009, and any additional airfare if group seats are no longer available
- Single occupancy: Add $700
- Land only: Subtract $1,400
Deposit
- $500 due upon registration
- Refund: Full refund ($500) until Nov. 1, 2008. If the deposit is made after Nov. 1, 2008, there is no refund.
Interim payment
- $2,000 due by Nov. 1, 2008
- Refund: Half the Interim payment ($1,000) until March 15, 2009
Final payment
- Due March 15, 2009
- Refund: None, unless the program is full and your place can be resold
