We highly recommend that you purchase travel insurance to recover your payments should you need to withdraw from the program. Check with the insurance provider regarding their policy on refunding premiums if St. Olaf cancels the program.
Rates are per person, based on double occupancy.
Program fee
- $4,900 before March 15, 2009
- $5,150 after March 15, 2009, plus any additional airfare if group seats are no longer available
- Single occupancy: Add $430
- Land only: Subtract $1600
Deposit
- $500 due upon registration
- Refund: Full refund ($500) until Nov. 14, 2008
- If you deposit after Nov. 15, 2008, there is no refund.
Interim payment
- $2,000 due by Nov. 15, 2008
- Refund: $1,000 until May 14, 2009
Final payment
- Due May 15, 2009
- Refund: None, unless the program is full and your place can be resold. Cancellations must be in writing
