Payment Schedule
Festival Norway: Bergen and Oslo
June 4—13, 2010
This schedule is based on payments St. Olaf College must make to program vendors to guarantee group rates. If St. Olaf cancels the program on or before Feb. 1, 2010, you will receive a full refund of monies paid to St. Olaf.
We highly recommend that you purchase travel insurance to recover your payments should you need to withdraw from the program. Check with the insurance provider regarding their policy on refunding premiums if St. Olaf cancels the program.
Rates are per person, based on double occupancy.
Program fee
- $3,950 until February 1, 2010
- After February 1, 2010: $4,100
- Single occupancy: Add $685
- Land only: Subtract $1,400
Deposit
- $500 due upon registration
- Refund: Full refund ($500) until August 1, 2009. If the deposit is made later, there is no refund.
Interim payment
- $2,000 due by September 1, 2009
- Refund: Half the Interim payment ($1,000) until March 31, 2010
Final payment
- Due April 1, 2010
- Refund: None, unless the program is full and your place can be resold. Cancellations must be in writing.
