This schedule is based on payments St. Olaf College must make to program vendors to guarantee group rates. If St. Olaf cancels the program on or before Feb. 15, 2008, you will receive a full refund of monies paid to St. Olaf.
We highly recommend that you purchase travel insurance to recover your payments should you need to withdraw from the program. Check with the insurance provider regarding their policy on refunding premiums if St. Olaf cancels the program.
Rates are per person, based on double occupancy.
Program fee
- $3,350 before Feb. 15, 2008
- $3,500 after Feb. 15, 2008, and any additional airfare if group seats are no longer available
- Single occupancy: Add $400
- Land only: Subtract $1,350
Deposit
- $350 due upon registration
- Refund: Full refund ($350) until Oct. 31, 2007.
- If you deposit after Oct. 31, 2007, there is no refund.
Interim payment
- $1,500 due by Nov. 1, 2007
- Refund: $750 until April 30, 2008
Final payment
- Due April 30, 2008
- Refund: None, unless the program is full and your place can be resold
