Poland: In the Footsteps of Famous Poles

This schedule is based on payments St. Olaf College must make to program vendors to guarantee group rates. If St. Olaf cancels the program on or before Feb. 1, 2008, you will receive a full refund of monies paid to St. Olaf.
We highly recommend that you purchase travel insurance to recover your payments should you need to withdraw from the program. Check with the insurance provider regarding their policy on refunding premiums if St. Olaf cancels the program.
Rates are per person, based on double occupancy.
Program fee
- $5,765 per person through March 1, 2009
- After March 1, 2009, the fee is $5,915
- Single occupancy: Add $560
- Land only: Subtract $1,800
Deposit
- $500 due upon registration
- Refund: Full refund ($500) until Sept. 30, 2008. If the deposit is made later, there is no refund.
Interim payment
- $2,000 due by Nov. 1, 2008
- Refund: Half the Interim payment ($1,000) until April 20, 2009
Final payment
- Balance due May 1, 2009
- Refund: None, unless the program is full and your place can be resold. Cancellations must be in writing.
