This schedule is based on payments St. Olaf must make to program vendors to guarantee group rates. If St. Olaf cancels the program on or before May 15, 2007, you will receive a full refund.
We highly recommend that you purchase travel insurance. Check with the insurance provider regarding their policy on refunding premiums if St. Olaf cancels the program.
Rates are per person, based on double occupancy.
Program fee
- $4,400 before May 15, 2007
$4,550 after May 15, 2007, plus possible additional airfare - Single occupancy: Add $1,175
- Land only: Subtract $850
Deposit
- $350 due upon registration
- Refund: Full refund ($350) until March 15, 2007. No refunds on deposits made after that date .
Interim payment
- $1,500 due March 15, 2007
- Refund: $750 until July 15, 2007
Final payment
- Due July 15, 2007
- Refund: None, unless the program is full and your place can be resold.
