Payment Schedule
The Legacy of Spain: Exploring Spain’s World Heritage Sites
June 1-11, 2008
This schedule is based on payments St. Olaf College must make to program vendors to guarantee group rates. If St. Olaf cancels the program on or before Feb. 1, 2008, you will receive a full refund of monies paid to St. Olaf.
We highly recommend that you purchase travel insurance to recover your payments should you need to withdraw from the program. Check with the insurance provider regarding their policy on refunding premiums if St. Olaf cancels the program.
Rates are per person, based on double occupancy.
Program fee
- $4,000 before Feb. 1, 2008
- $4,150 after Feb. 1, 2008, plus any additional airfare if group seats are no longer available
- Single occupancy: Add $625
- Land only: Please contact us
Deposit
- $350 due upon registration
- Refund: Full refund ($350) through Nov. 30, 2007
- If you make a deposit after Nov. 30, 2007, there is no refund.
Interim payment
- $1,500 due by Dec. 1, 2007
- Refund: $750 through March 31, 2008
Final payment
- Due April 1, 2008
- Refund: None, unless the program is full and your place can be resold
