Payment Schedule
Southern Spain: Crossroad of Cultures
March 26–April 8, 2010

This schedule is based on payments St. Olaf College must make to program vendors to guarantee group rates. If St. Olaf cancels the program on or before Nov. 30, 2009, you will receive a full refund of monies paid to St. Olaf.

We highly recommend that you purchase travel insurance to recover your payments should you need to withdraw from the program. Check with the insurance provider regarding their policy on refunding premiums if St. Olaf cancels the program.

Rates are per person, based on double occupancy.

Program fee                      

• $6,200 before Nov. 30, 2009
• $6,350 after Nov. 30, 2009, plus possible extra airfare if group seats are no longer available
• Single occupancy:  Add $1,035
• Land only: Subtract $1,200

Deposit

• $500 due upon registration
• Refund: Full refund ($500) until June 14, 2009. If the deposit is made later, there is no refund.

Interim payment

• $2,000 due by June 15, 2009
• Refund: Half the Interim payment ($1,000) until Jan. 14, 2010

Final payment

• Due Jan. 15, 2010
• Refund: None, unless the program is full and your place can be resold. Cancellations must be in writing.
