Use of Space
Use of Buntrock Commons space is determined by procedures established by the Director of the Commons. In general, the use of space, and appropriate fees for usage of space, will be tied to the role the organization plays in advancing the mission of the College. Guidelines have been established for priority regarding use of public space, fees related to use, student office space, vendor and solicitation relationships, non-campus organizations, sale of items and other relevant concerns related to the use of the Commons.
Priority of Use
In most cases, users of the Commons will be granted space in order of the following priority:

St. Olaf students, faculty, staff, and emeriti.

Other college related friends: e.g. alumni and parents

General public: e.g.,local businesses and organizations, local churches, civic groups and schools
Student Organization Space
The Student Organizations Committee #(SOC) of the Student Government Association# (SGA) determines allocation of all student organization spaces within the SORC, which includes storage space, meeting areas, and a graphics room.
The Lion's Pause
The Lion's Pause executive board manages the Lion's Pause Den, game room. The Lair, and the Mane Stage.
