A way to help students stay well
Did you know that St. Olaf College has a student wellness coordinator on staff? Her name is Emily Virtue, and she oversees an office dedicated to providing students with information and resources on a variety of health issues. St. Olaf names new college pastor
Matthew Marohl has been called to serve as college pastor. President David R. Anderson '74 says Marohl is a "gifted preacher, an inquiring intellect who welcomes the diversity of religious expression, and an experienced spiritual guide." Learn more>>

And the award goes to ...
St. Olaf students have nabbed a wealth of prestigious awards and fellowships this spring: nine were named Fulbright fellows, two earned Goldwater Scholarships, one received a National Science Foundation Graduate Research Fellowship, two earned U.S. Department of State Critical Language Scholarships, and the list goes on. The return on investing in a St. Olaf education
We’re well aware of the national conversation about whether liberal arts schools like St. Olaf are preparing students to lead lives marked by financial independence, professional accomplishment, and personal fulfillment. To help answer some of these questions, we created a new web page titled The Return on Investing in a St. Olaf Education that provides data on what our students go on to do after graduation. President Anderson demonstrated the site’s searchable database in his Lunchtime Live address last week, and the Star Tribune featured it in a story.
