RIGHT TO APPEAL
An appeal of a citation issued under these regulations must be filed at the Parking Office within seven (7) days from the date the citation was issued on a Parking Citation Appeal Form or the right to appeal will be forfeited and the amount of the fine billed. Appeal forms are available outside the Parking Office located in Tomson Hall 100 or online at www.stolaf.edu/stulife/parking/forms . The original citation (or a copy) must be attached to the appeal form. All student and faculty/staff appeals shall be reviewed by the respective appeals committee. The decision of the appeals committees are final and there are no further appeal options.  Public Safety officers cannot void a citation once it has been written.
