TOWING AND IMPOUNDMENT
Vehicles may be towed at the owner's expense if any of the following conditions exist:

1. Any vehicle that is found parked on St. Olaf property without a current parking permit and without current license plates.
2. Any vehicle that is improperly or illegally parked that poses a traffic hazard or an obstruction to the safe movement of traffic.
3. The vehicle is parked in an area designated "No Parking", "Reserved", "No Overnight Parking Area" or "Fire Lane".
4. The vehicle has been immobilized (booted) for more than 48 hours.
