Bonfires on Campus
If you or your organization is looking to have a bonfire on campus, please complete one of the following forms below and return it in person to the Public Safety/Parking Office in Administration Building 114. These forms are not able to be submitted electronically.
Organization Registration
This Form should be used by organizations that need firewood delivered for the bonfire and can provide a valid account number.
Organization Bonfire Application Form
Student Registration
This form should be used by students who are not requesting this as part of an organization and can be submitted the "day of the request." However, NO firewood will be delivered, and the request only reserves the site itself. Students wanting a bonfire will be responsible for purchasing firewood somewhere (i.e. Kwik Trip). It is important to note that completion of the form does not guarantee reservation of the site. If the site has already been reserved at the date/time of a second request, the second request will be denied, but given the chance to choose a different date/time for their event.
