Tickets
Commencement tickets will be available for pickup Monday through Friday, May 19 - 23, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. in the Buntrock Commons office, room 147 (down the hall from the Cage). Please have your student I.D. with you when you pick them up.
Each graduating senior receives a total of 3 tickets.
- Outdoor commencement: no tickets are necessary (except for the physically challenged seating area).
- Indoor commencement: all seating in Skoglund auditorium will require tickets.
- Please remember to pick up your tickets.
- If you will not see your family to give them their tickets prior to the ceremony, you may mark an envelope with their names and leave the tickets at the Buntrock information desk which will serve as a will call during commencement weekend.
Physically Challenged Seating Tickets:
- When you pick up your commencement tickets, you may exchange two of them for tickets for the physicallly challenged seating area.
- The physically challenged seating area is on the main floor in Skoglund and requires tickets for admittance.
- The physically challenged seating area is on the field at Manitou. This is a much larger area than in Skogland and, consequentlly, we are normally able to seat all guests requiring special seating along with their families in this section.

Outdoor Location:
In order to accommodate as many guests as possible, we try to hold commencement outdoor. As a result, we ask you to please remember to dress for the weather. Also, the march to the field is over uneven ground so please take care in selection of your footwear - you don't want to trip anywhere along the route!
Indoor Location:
Unfortunately, seating in Skogland is very limited and, as a result, students each receive three tickets. If commencement must be held indoors, there will be additional seating for viewing the ceremony on the large screen in Science Center 280 and 282, and also Viking Theater. Tickets are not required for these venues.
Seating for commencement guests in Skoglund or on Manitou Field begins at 1:00 p.m.
