Frequently Asked Questions

What is a username?
For alumni, your username is either your unique alumni ID number or the username you created during a previous visit. If you haven't created your own username on a previous visit, you must use your alumni ID number.  For current students, faculty, and staff, use your St. Olaf network username.

What is a password?
For alumni, your password was sent to you via email or postcard and is still that unless you changed it during a previous visit. It is not case sensitive. For current students, faculty, and staff, use your St. Olaf network password.

I don’t remember my username or password. How do I find it?
If you have an email address on file with the college, you may request automatic username/password notification.
Visit Forgotten Usernames and Passwords.

If you don’t have an email on file, call the Alumni Office at 888-865-6537 or email alum-office@stolaf.edu.
