Reserves Request Form

Please plan ahead! The demand for course reserves is extremely high right now, particularly for e-reserves. Every attempt is made to place items on reserve in a timely manner; however, there may be delays, especially at the beginning of a term, so plan accordingly.

* Required Information

Copyright Law and E-Reserves: We can scan up to 10% of any work that is not in the public domain and provide it to all your students at once to download and use throughout the semester. If the whole work is required, we will remove the print copy in our collection from circulation. The item will be available for 2 hour "checkout" in Catalyst. Only one student will be able to access the scanned copy during their check out time and the copy cannot be downloaded, printed, or copied.
