Events:
Friday, September 13
• 5-7:30 pm Registration and Social Hour : PAC Theater Lobby.
Student set-up for "Cover the Walls" and "Tech Solutions Exhibits".
• Dinner (On your own- many eating establishments near the PAC)
• 7:30 Opening Session
- Keynote speaker, Malcolm Holzman, architect for the new SDSU Performing Arts Center.
- Jackson Cobb, Prague NBS scholarship winner.
• SDSU Performing Arts Center Facility Tours
Saturday, September 14
• 7:30-8:30am: Registration: PAC Theater lobby
• Morning Workshop and Presentation Sessions (8:30 to 11:30am)
• SDSU Performing Arts Center Facility Tours
• Lunch (Onsite- included in your registration) (11:30 to 12:30)
• Afternoon Workshop and Presentation Sessions (12:30 to 3:45)
• 4:00 to 5pm: Closing Gathering: Membership meeting and Wrap-up session. Exhibit Awards will be announced.

• "Cover the Walls"-
Students, faculty, staff, and theatre professionals- SHOW US YOUR DESIGN WORK! This is an open invitation for designers to exhibit their work and share with fellow artists their ideas and approaches to design. Student display work will be entered into a juried competition with scholarship awards for free registration to the USITT National Conference in March 2020. (See Guidelines for Exhibiting). Setup begins at 4pm on Friday.
If you intend to exhibit, please e-mail MaryBeth Gagner (mgagner01@hamline.edu) with your intention so adequate exhibit space is available at SDSU.
• "Technical Solutions Exhibit"
The Technical Solutions Exhibit is much like the USITT national Theatre Technology Exhibit (Tech Expo). Student display work will be entered into a juried competition with scholarship awards for free registration to the USITT National Conference in March 2020. (See Guidelines for Technical Solutions Exhibit for complete information). Setup begins at 4pm on Friday.

Conference Registration Fees:
• Individual Member of USITT NBS: $20
(Non-members- add $20 for membership)
• Student Member $5
(Non-Member students- add $5 for membership).
Students participating in the Design Exhibit will have the registration fee waived, but still must be a student member.
• Organizational Member designated individual $20
• Sustaining Member designated individual: No Fee
• Contributing Member two designated individuals: No Fee
