Monkey Wrench Productions is advertising the following 3 employment opportunities:

PROJECT MANAGER

Project Manager Monkey coordinates and executes systems installations for Monkey Wrench Productions from start to finish. They are responsible for maximizing client experience and budget to help establish Monkey Wrench as a go-to installer in the local and national market, while maintaining safety and efficiency on and off the jobsite.

Key Responsibilities:
Attend meetings with clients and other project subcontractors to make sure client goals are met on time and on budget
● Finalize design and send to CAD
● Read and interpret architectural engineering drawings
● Complete redlines and build close out docs
● Acquire needed labor, hardware, and equipment to meet project deadlines
● Determine crew needs and schedule for upcoming projects
● Understand overall expectations and timeline of the project
● Implement the budget for each assigned project
● Attend Foreman/Construction meetings as required
● Maintain a record of communications between MWP, General Contractors, clients, and consultants as needed
● Coordinate and continuously update expectations and schedule with the GC, EC, and/or customer
● When projects are complete, coordinate schedules for programming, system testing, system commissioning, and end-user training
● Make educated executive decisions regarding minor issues on the job site
● Maintain a Job Binder with a daily log of all tasks, completed issues, and actions required by others
● Responsible for seeing that all foremen and technicians are complying with the company, state, and federal regulations and laws
● Meet with the client at the conclusion of the project and do a final walkthrough
● Follow up with client 30 and 90 days after project completion for updates and maintain good rapport
● Provide project updates at weekly meetings
● Shop upkeep and cleanliness
● Develop and maintain knowledge of current and new technologies with manufacturer reps
● Manage vendor relationships by addressing product updates, product problems, and troubleshooting issues
● Continually review Cost Analysis Reports during and after each project to measure productivity
● Always strive to build customer relationships to develop business
● Protect organization's value by keeping information confidential
● Other duties as assigned

Starting pay is $50,000+ based on experience.

INSTALL TECH

Install Monkey leads systems installations for Monkey Wrench Productions. They are responsible for maximizing client experience and budget to help establish Monkey Wrench as a go-to installer in the local and national market, while maintaining safety and efficiency on and off the jobsite.

Key Responsibilities:
● Attend Foreman/Construction meetings as required
● Inspect all installation work periodically to assure company practices are being followed
● Responsible for seeing that all foremen and technicians are complying with the company, state, and federal regulations and laws
● Pull wire and terminate to plates, panels, and racks
● Lace, terminate and label rack wiring in equipment racks
● Mount and rig AV equipment including displays, screens, projectors, speakers, cameras, racks, as well as lighting and rigging equipment, and stage drapery
● Inspect, troubleshoot, test and correct your own work
● Maintain clean working areas
● Be cognizant of the jobsite surroundings and immediately deal with any safety concerns
● Company tool and equipment maintenance, including controlling and safekeeping of all tools, in the shop and on jobsite
● Organize job box with gear necessary for the install and remove box at the completion of the project
● Shop upkeep and cleanliness
● Develop and maintain knowledge of current and new technologies with manufacturer reps
● Manage vendor relationships by addressing product updates, product problems, and troubleshooting issues
● Always strive to build customer relationships to develop business
● Protect organization's value by keeping information confidential
● Other duties as assigned

SALES CHIMP

Job Purpose:
Sales Chimp is a full time salaried position responsible for high level customer service and technical sales from start to finish. Sales Chimp will manage relationships with existing customers as well as identify new customers and create relationships. Additionally, they will also provide superior customer service and guide customers through product options that will work with their needs and budget.

Seeking a FOH lighting operator for a residency show + US tour dates, with theatrical lighting and Qlab experience. Advanced design skills, audio, video, midi, timecode and grandMA knowledge is a plus, but not a necessity. Residency is based in Branson, MO and must be willing to relocate. Housing provided. One year minimum contract with option to renew.
