Professor Emeritus lauded for Nobel Peace Prize Forum sculpture

Mac Gimse, a professor emeritus of art, responded to the theme of the 16th annual Nobel Peace Prize Forum in a way most natural to him: He created art. Gimse's sculpture, which he created for the forum held at St. Olaf in February 2004 and featuring former President Jimmy Carter, was praised recently in The Lutheran magazine.
