St. Olaf Band to play 'home concert' after returning from Mexico

After returning from its January study-tour of Mexico, the St. Olaf Band, conducted by Timothy Mahr '77, plays its home concert tonight at 8 p.m. in Skoglund Auditorium. The program includes "Shortcut Home" by Dana Wilson, "El Salon México" by Aaron Copland, "Prayer of St. Gregory" by Alan Hovhaness, "La Fiesta Mexicana" by H. Owen Reed and "Hello, Dolly!" by Jerry Herman. The concert is free and open to the public.
