St. Olaf to host Carleton faculty and staff charity game, Friday, March 12, 2004

The St. Olaf Student Athletic Advisory Board is proudly sponsoring the Second Annual St. Olaf-Carleton Faculty and Staff Charity Basketball Game on Friday, March 12 at Skoglund Athletic Center at 7:30 p.m.

All proceeds will benefit the Northfield Athletic Association. The event is organized and run by the Student Athletic Advisory Board (SAAB). Admission will be $4 for adults, $3 for students and free for children under five.

St. Olaf president Chris Thomforde, a former basketball standout at Princeton, headlines the 12-player St. Olaf roster. Head men's basketball coach Dan Kosmoski and head football coach Chris Meidt will be particapting for a second consecutive year. Athletic Director, Matt McDonald is new to the St. Olaf roster this year.

SAAB is also sponsoring a $1.00 raffle at half time to give away prizes that include autographed baseballs, and various gift certificates. Raffle tickets will be available at the door.
