Dallas Cowboys, St. Olaf don't gel

In 1961 the Dallas Cowboys set up training camp at St. Olaf, which the Fort Worth Star-Telegram notes is in a town probably best known for the James Gang's ill-fated bank-robbery attempt. "For Frank and Jesse, it marked the beginning of the end. For Tom Landry and the Cowboys, Northfield was one and out," the paper reminisces in an article outlining the various locations where the Cowboys held some of their earliest training camps.
