More than one million people across the country will hear the St. Olaf Choir and Cantus, a professional men's vocal group founded by Oles, on American Public Media's Performance Today program Monday and Tuesday. The show, broadcast on 250 public radio stations, will feature songs from the ensembles' recent combined concert as well as interviews with St. Olaf Choir Director Anton Armstrong '78 and Cantus Artistic Director Erick Lichte '98.

The two ensembles performed together in March, and the broadcast will feature eight of the pieces from that program: three performed by the St. Olaf Choir, three by Cantus, and two they performed as a combined ensemble.

Archives of the broadcast can be found at the Performance Today website, and listeners in the Minneapolis area can tune into 99.5 FM at noon on Monday and Tuesday to listen to Performance Today on Minnesota Public Radio.
