New students to participate in Week One events
September 1, 2007
September 1-September 4
All St. Olaf first-year, transfer and international students will arrive on campus September 1 and, with the help of the St. Olaf football team, they will move into their residence halls and begin a compact week of activities designed to acquaint them with the campus and each other in addition to guiding them through their first semester registration.
Their learning experience begins with a series of orientation seminars including: computer networking, library orientation, academic department information and residential life. Week One also starts new students on their journey as Oles with fun activities such as corridor gatherings, the famous Playfair, a BBQ, a Pause dance and more.
