Ruby comments on financial aid consultants

"We don't want to say these consultants can't help families," says Kathy Ruby, director of financial aid at St. Olaf, in a Star Tribune story about companies that help clients search for college financial aid packages. "But $1,700 is a lot of money. The question is, how much benefit do they derive from it?"
