Alumna takes team to "Super Bowl of Smarts"
April 23, 2007
Kelsey Holec '06 was mentioned in a CNN feature about the World Robotics Tournament at the Georgia Dome. Her inspired group of high school students had only six weeks to build, test and tweak their machines. Their hard work and dedication were rewarded when their Vex (small) and FIRST (big) robots took 18th and 35th in the World Tournament.
