American Cancer Society's Relay for Life to be held at St. Olaf College

The student group, St. Olaf Cancer Connection, will host the 2006 American Cancer Society's Relay for Life at Manitou Field on May 5, an event celebrating survivorship and honoring loved ones battle with cancer. The 2005 event raised more than $57,000 dollars for cancer research and the 2006 challenges more faculty and staff team participation and an increase in money to be raised. A kick-off event will be held Nov. 2 at 6 p.m. in Buntrock Commons, Trollhaugen room.
