"The breadth and depth of the work in 'Ever Present' rivals the best contemporary art one finds anywhere in the country," says Ewald, who is director of the Flaten Art Museum at St. Olaf. "Visit galleries in the Twin Cities or Chicago or New York and find nothing more investigative, probing and engaging."
A brochure about the artists and their work is available in the gallery, as is an accompanying essay by art writer and critic Mason Riddle.
