The St. Olaf Band and the St. Olaf Choir are preparing to share the St. Olaf tradition of musical excellence during their winter tours.

Following their concerts last weekend in Colorado, the St. Olaf Choir will be starting the second leg of their winter tour on Saturday, Jan. 28, in Des Moines, Iowa. The choir will then visit Nebraska, Kansas, Oklahoma, Texas, Arkansas, Tennessee and Missouri before returning to Minnesota to wrap up their tour. A home concert will be held in Boe Memorial Chapel on Sunday, Feb. 12.

The St. Olaf Band begins their full Midwest tour with a performance in Sioux City, Iowa, on Saturday, Jan. 28. The tour will then continue through Iowa, Kansas, Colorado and North Dakota. The band returns to Northfield for a concert in Skoglund Center Auditorium on Monday, Feb. 6.

Several events for alumni and parents also are planned in conjunction with the concerts in several of the towns and cities along the tour routes. Tour schedules, ticket information and alumni event notices are available at the Alumni and Parent Relations website.
