Annual St. Olaf Band concert to give tribute to J.R.R. Tolkien

The annual St. Olaf Band "Collage" concert will be held in Skoglund Center Auditorium at 7:30 p.m. The Band, directed by Timothy Mahr '78, will give a musical tribute to British novelist J.R.R. Tolkien, of the famed "The Lord of the Rings." Also featured will be guest conductor Dr. Elizabeth Jackson '83 and a work by Northfield composer Daniel Kallman. The concert is free and open to the public.
