Early childhood development to be topic of speech by Rob Grunewald '93

By Sandra Gilderhus
October 24, 2005

Rob Grunewald '93, economic analyst at the Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis, will give presentation on the impact of his research on public policy in Minnesota and other states, at 5 p.m. in Buntrock Commons, Valhalla Room. Grunewald and Art Rolnick, director of research at the Federal Reserve Bank in Minneapolis, argue that spending on early childhood development is more than an investment in today's youth, but is a strategic economic development tool with a higher return than most conventional initiatives. There will be time for questions and answers following the presentation.
