Spring forum to look at ethics and stem cell research

by Sandra Gilderhus
April 14, 2005

Ethics and stem cell research are two extremely heated topics. The spring forum will focus on the ethical issues surrounding the debate on embryonic stem cell research. The format of the forum will allow the guest speakers to discuss their perspectives, followed by a questions and answer session. The speakers are: Professor Jeffrey Kahn, University of Minnesota Center for Bioethics, Matt Jordan of the California Research and Cures Coalition and Professor Nigel Cameron, an internationally known expert on bioethics. Come to the Buntrock Commons, Black and Gold Ballroom at 7 p.m. to listen to the bipartisan ideas on the issues and have your questions answered by the experts.
