Sierra Club grades St. Olaf 'B+'

Sierra Club's third annual ranking of "planet-preserving" colleges and universities ranks St. Olaf No. 36 out of 135 schools, earning it a grade of "B+." The "Cool Schools" survey looks at eight categories: efficiency, energy, food, academics, purchasing, transportation, waste management, and administration.

St. Olaf and Oberlin College in Ohio were the highest ranked schools in the Midwest.
