Strategy for continuing the course
The general plan is to continue recording general instruction and announcements at the beginning of each regular class meeting time ("synchronous option").
Attending class meetings is not required.
However, you are responsible for material in-class videos, and for revised requirements
- worksheets, homework, labs, quizzes, and (in the future) project deliverables and final exam.Office hours and individual appointments will be provided by Meet hangouts linked to Google calendar.
Just join the office hour Meet hangouts at the regular times.
To sign up for an individual appointment, submit a request using my appointment page, as before.
I will watch for appointments, and notify you when I create a calendar entry with your Meet videoconferencing for that time.
Deliverable submissions such as homework are listed in Moodle (and elsewhere), and are due at midnight anywhere on Earth (5am the next morning Northfield time) on the indicated date, as before.
Backup professors - If RAB becomes unavailable, Prof Jensen and/or Prof Hall-Holt will fill in as instructor. They are/will be added to course resources (Moodle, Piazza, Meet hangouts, access to deliverables, etc.) so they can step into this backup role.
