Hector Aguilar joined the Piper Center in the Fall of 2021 after moving to Minnesota with his family from Indiana. Before St. Olaf, Hector worked at Indiana University Kokomo as the Assistant Director of Facilities where he helped lead and provided professional development to 40 employees.

Additionally, Hector successfully ran a small business for 8 years. Prior to that he served in various managerial roles across multiple sectors. He is a graduate of DePauw University, where he earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Black Studies, and a Master’s Degree in Public Management from Indiana University Kokomo. He is excited to coach in the Piper Center, allowing him to work closely with students interested in pursuing business as a vocation.

In his free time, Hector enjoys spending time with family and friends. He is an avid sports fan and enjoys (both) football(s), basketball, and running. Besides his family, his second greatest love is Liverpool FC. If he is not watching a game, you can find him outside coaching soccer and playing with his kids.
