My name is Brenden Bennett, and I am currently a doctoral practicum student through Saint Mary's University of Minnesota's PsyD program.  I earned my M.A. in Counseling and Psychological Services in 2024 through the university's Rochester, Minnesota campus.  I received my B.S. in Psychology in 2021 through Bemidji State University.

I approach therapy in a collaborative and strengths-based manner.  With a history of working with a wide range of ages and social contexts, I am comfortable meeting clients exactly where they are, both devlopmentally and culturally.  My therapeutic style utilizes both cognitive and person-centered perspectives, allowing us to explore how your thoughts shape your world while ensuring you feel deeply heard and accepted.  I emphasize therapeutic relationships, which helps clients gain the clarity and tools they need to confidently navigate life's challenges.  I have professional interests in neurodiversity, anxiety, rural mental health accessibility, and family therapy.

Outside of my clinical work, I enjoy following professional hockey and diving into mystery documentaries.
