Molly graduated from St. Olaf in 2008 with the BA Music degree and a biomedical studies concentration. She was involved in residence life and student government, and played bassoon in both the Norseman Band and the St. Olaf Band. Molly studied abroad during the January Interim Theater in London program, and played intramural dodgeball or library mini-golf during her interims on campus. 

Before starting at St. Olaf, Molly worked in arts administration at the Saint Paul Chamber Orchestra and the Lutheran Music Program. She completed her Masters degree in Creative Arts Therapy at Drexel University, and continues to teach early childhood developmental music classes through Music Together.

As the Associate Dean of Fine Arts Recruitment, Molly is the go-to person for the college’s renowned music and fine arts program, where she oversees the music major applications and fine arts scholarship process.
