Shannon graduated from St. Olaf in 2015 with a Theater major. As a student, Shannon was involved in various theater productions as an actor, director, and dramaturg, and led the student theater organization “Deep End APO” her senior year. Shannon is so thankful that she was able to develop as an artist, student, and person alongside incredible professors and peers. She also served as a Teaching Assistant for First-Year Writing courses and studied creative writing at the University of East Anglia in Norwich, England for a semester.

After college, Shannon discovered her passion for higher education through her work at College Possible. She also pursued one of her other passions, eating disorder advocacy and destigmatization, by producing a documentary-style play and donating all ticket sales to the Emily Program Foundation.

She is happy to be back on the hill, and to have discovered that she still loves running in the natural lands and eating the cafeteria food as much as she did when she was a student!
