Mary Doroff is the Assistant Director of Academic Support - Supplemental Instruction and Tutoring in the Academic Success Center. This is her third year at St. Olaf. She uses her expertise in teaching and learning to support the Academic Tutors and Supplemental Instruction Leaders. 

Mary Doroff earned her B.S. in Elementary Education and M.Ed. from the University of Minnesota. She is a first generation college student. Before coming to St. Olaf, she spent 17 years as a middle school teacher. Most of those years were teaching Earth and Space Science. She also spent two years as an Academic Behavior Intervention Specialist. Mary took a few years off to focus on her family while seeking the perfect higher education opportunity. 

Mary currently resides in Edina with her husband, two kids and beloved dog. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, listening to audiobooks, playing tennis, golfing, cooking, gardening and traveling.
