Jordan joined the Piper Center in September 2025 as the Assistant Director of Career Services & Coaching, where she focuses on supporting St. Olaf students pursuing business-related pathways. She brings a rich background in both K-12 and higher education, with experience in career counseling, event coordination, and equity-driven student support initiatives. Before joining St. Olaf, she served as a Career & College Success Specialist in Lakeville Area Schools, where she created the district’s first Career & College Readiness Hub and led major college access events. Her professional experience also includes roles in mental health counseling, college athletics, and operations, including her time as Director of Women’s Basketball Operations at the University of St. Thomas. Across roles, she has been recognized for her program development, ability to connect with students from diverse backgrounds, and dedication to helping individuals navigate complex transitions and opportunities. She is a NCAN Certified Advisor and is currently completing a College Counseling Certificate through UCLA.

A proud graduate of the University of St. Thomas, she holds both a B.A. in Psychology and a B.S. in Exercise Science, as well as a Master’s in Counseling Psychology. During her time in graduate school, she provided therapy and wellness programming for college students at the University of Wisconsin - River Falls and later went on to counsel clients across ages in a clinical setting. Whether advising a student one-on-one or leading large-scale programming, she is passionate about helping others gain confidence in their strengths and feel empowered about their next steps. Her appreciation for liberal arts education stems from her own undergraduate experience, where the ability to explore multiple disciplines helped shape her understanding of the world and her place in it. She enjoys working in a college setting where students are full of curiosity, ambition, and sometimes uncertainty about the future, and she sees it as a privilege to walk alongside them during this formative time.

Jordan currently lives in Lakeville, MN with her husband, Tanner, and their 90-pound puppy, Bear. Outside of work, she can often be found outdoors running, paddle boarding, playing rec league sports, hiking, or gardening. She also enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
