Mike and other HR staff have overseen the selection and administration of the college’s Title IX training for all employees. He has also served as the investigator in sex discrimination and sexual harassment cases involving employees. Mike collaborates with other members of the Title IX team in ongoing policy and protocol development, and his training has been supplemented by participation in a variety of Title IX seminars — both nationally and at independent conferences.
Mike completed his B.S. in industrial relations and business economics from Rockhurst University, and his M.S. in industrial relations at the University of Wisconsin–Madison.
