Molly joined the Piper Center team in May of 2021, following the completion of her Master’s degree in College Student Personnel from the University of Rhode Island. She completed her Bachelor’s degree at the University of Iowa where she studied Journalism and Mass Communication and Gender, Women's and Sexuality Studies. Her love for career development and education began her junior year of undergrad when she served as a Career Peer Advisor. Her passion for all things career only continued in graduate school, where she had the pleasure of interning at Connecticut College and University of Rhode Island's career offices. During her time in graduate school, she also held an assistantship in the Office of Student Involvement and served as a NODA Summer Intern for the University of Minnesota's Orientation and Transition Experiences Office.

Born and rasied in Iowa, Molly is excited to be back in the Midwest and ecstatic to join the St. Olaf College community. In her free time, you can find Molly at the local farmers markets, spending time with her family and friends, and finding new podcasts to listen to.
