I believe some of the most meaningful moments in therapy happen when a person feels truly seen, heard, and understood. My approach is to meet clients where they are and to work alongside them as they navigate challenges, better understand themselves, and move toward the changes that matter to them. I strive to create a space where clients feel safe and supported in being fully themselves, while helping them build hope and resilence through some of life's most difficult moments.
I enjoy working with clients who are navigating trauma, grief and loss, depression, anxiety, identity-related concerns, and LGBTQIA+ concerns. I approach therapy from a trauma-informed, integrative, and multicultural perspective that recognizes how our identities, cultures, relationships, communities, and lived experiences shape the way we understand ourselves and the world around us.
Outside of my professional work, I enjoy listening to and creating music, spending time outdoors, caring for my many houseplants, and spending time with my cats and bunnies.
