The college experience can be summed up as fun, stressful, socially welcoming, awkward, and humbling all in the same breath. I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor that loves working with young adults as they figure out this pivotal phase in their lives. I have experience working with individuals who experience:  anxiety, stress, relationships, identity development, life transitions, and athletic performance.

My approach is a strengths-based approach and working with students to better understand their strengths show up in their everyday lives. I have extensive experience working with adolescents and young adults in both school and private clinical settings. I also bring a background in athletics and performance psychology, having worked with high school, collegiate, and elite-level athletes.

Outside of counseling, I enjoy coaching track and field and spending time with my family.

Counseling philosophy: I fully believe that students do not need to have everything figured out before reaching out for support. Counseling can be a space to slow down, make sense of what's happening, and develop a clearer path forward.
