I am a clinical intern currently completing my master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Antioch University. I hold a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Lewis & Clark College (2019).

I have a deep appreciation for the challenges faced by young adults today and am committed to providing genuine support as you navigate these complexities. I work with individuals seeking support with stress management, life transitions, career and academic major exploration, relationship issues, and matters related to sexual orientation and gender identity. As an LGBTQIA+ affirmative counselor dedicated to social justice, I practice cultural humility and strive to create a space where you can embrace and express your full, authentic self.

My primary therapeutic approach is relational, informed by an intersectional feminist perspective. I encourage self-compassion, and employ a gentle approach in our work together.

Outside of work, I enjoy hiking, birdwatching, gardening, making dinner with friends, and creating art.
