Teaching: Social Psychology (292), Research Methods (230)

I am a social psychologist with a particular interest in the structure and function of emotions, and the psychological processes underlying moral judgments and behavior. My research has explored phenomena such as compassion, awe, gratitude, moral hypocrisy, interpersonal power, dehumanization, religious belief, political ideology and knowledge acquisition. Active projects vary depending on findings and semester. Contact me if you are interested in learning about potential research opportunities.
